What it is: App that turns a user's photo into a result shown in before-and-after videos

CocoPicks's tactic

CocoPicks · B2C · AI photo app

Post before-and-after videos of your app's results instead of viral pranks

Converted better than pranks with 30M+ views; no numbers

The app had been posting prank videos that got over 30 million views but were not its best converters. It moved to more before-and-after content: someone takes a photo, puts it through the app and gets the result the viewer wants for their own photos.
