Took a real 37.4M-view hook-avatar-demo video. Version 1: removed the text and added German text in the same TikTok font, same avatar. Version 2: subbed, dubbed and mouth-synced the creator into German with dialect-matched on-screen text. Launched on a German account because Germany had the highest purchase and repurchase rate outside North America and little competition in German.
