Have every team map its own path from no AI to full AI use
Unknownteam-process
What they did
Modeled on an internal Zapier document: a matrix with each organizational function as a row and levels of AI implementation as columns, from unacceptable/no implementation to full transformation. Not a top-down mandate: each team fills in what full transformation and unacceptable non-adoption look like for its function, then plans a roadmap between them and the resources needed. Opting out is not allowed. Started by agreeing company principles for AI with the founders.

In their words
Sub Club by RevenueCat · The Post-Attribution Playbook for Growth — Eric Seufert, Mobile Dev Memo“this company Zapier, they released this document that they were using internally, which broke each organizational function down into like a line item on this matrix”
“We presented this to the teams and we said, "Right, fill it in. You tell me what is the sort of complete, sort of transformation of your organizational function through AI”
