I Make $15K/Month From One Website

Maddox, a college student, built DuckMath (duckmath.org), an unblocked games website monetized with Google AdSense. It sat mostly idle for ~2 years until a surprise $240 day pushed him to go all in on marketing: 3 TikTok accounts posting 3x a day, 5 days a week, copying competitors' best formats and cross-posting to Reels, Shorts and Snapchat. In ~4 months it went to 150,000 daily active users and ~$15K/month, then he sold it to a bigger game-site company for $120K after countering a $100K offer.

Went to 150K daily users and ~$15K/month in about 4 months

Ran three TikTok accounts, each posting three times a day, five days a week. Saw competitors posting once a day or once a week, so matched their quality and doubled or more their volume ('worked two times harder than they did'). Videos were simple 'little dopamine hits' that end with a link to the site. Before this push he had posted to one account on and off (some days once) for ~2 years with little result.

Top video got 3.2M views on Instagram vs 2.1M on TikTok; Snapchat 20K+ a video

Used repurpose.io to take each TikTok he posted and automatically re-upload it to Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Snapchat, with no extra work. He singles out Snapchat as overlooked: videos consistently got 20,000+ views there.

Top video (part ~30 of a series) hit 5M views; guessed ~$1,000 from it

Researched and initially copied competitors' best TikToks. For his 2026 playbook: study 10-20 of competitors' best-performing, best-converting videos, list what they share (hook, call to action) and write down how to reuse the format. Each day he checked the previous day's videos (views, engagement) and changed something in the next three. Winning format: phone footage of his laptop while he plays a game, a strong visual hook, then 'go to this exact link'. About 30 minutes per video; kept the same format as a numbered series (top video was ~part 30), trying different hooks.

Freed founder time while keeping quality; no separate numbers

Had a person he mentored make the videos following his format so he could spend time elsewhere. Also paid his girlfriend about $200 a week to post videos (he wasn't sure if it was one or five videos for that).

Founder calls testing super important; no numbers. Earns ~1 cent per user

Site earns through Google AdSense (a code snippet auto-places ads; no sales contact needed), so revenue depends on ad views. Switched from Google Analytics to PostHog, got $50,000 in free credits through PostHog's startup program, and A/B tested design changes to maximize time on site and number of pages clicked.

Countered a $100K lowball; sold for $120K via Escrow

A year before selling he saw a bigger company buy a smaller game site like his. He contacted them with all his stats, got a $100,000 offer he considered a lowball, countered, agreed at $120,000, and used Escrow as the middleman to transfer the money. Sold right after the growth spike.

Worked but looked terrible; rebuilt in React after a few thousand users

After seeing a younger kid promote his own unblocked games site on TikTok, built a version in about 1-2 weeks on Google Sites (drag and drop), embedding games from online in frames. Copied others' design. Rebuilt in React once he had a few thousand users, later using AI coding so he could focus on marketing.
