What they did
After the mock-up video validated the format, they searched TikTok hashtags matching the scenario (e.g. relationship), looked for creators like those they found, and emailed them to start posting the proven format and variations. Included creators outside the US (e.g. Norway). Outreach was easy; getting the content to work took far longer and was a lot of management work, so Roger asked the host for help finding people to manage the campaigns.
What happened
Peaked at ~50 creators, many stopped posting (down to ~10-20); breakout hits took 2-3 months; Bro reached #1 on the US App Store.

“what we did was we tried to get creators from TikTok by searching like hashtags, like relationship, and um and then, you know, you go into those people, and then you see you try to find people like those creators, and then you just like email them”
“And honestly, like this process took way, way longer than I thought. Uh not not the outreach part, but more like the getting getting uh the content to work part.”
“And and we have like creators like outside of the US, too, like in Norway or something.”
