Call it a fit when 5-6 videos in the campaign pass 10,000 views

What they did
In month one don't judge by CPM or virality. Content-market fit = a format with legs: 5-6 videos (or several iterations of one pillar format) consistently over 10K views. Then analyze watch time and retention to find which word, audio or element drives the winners, and test those variables on more videos. Judge formats by conversions, not views.
In their words
The Superwall Podcast · Nick Lawton - #1 UGC EXPERT Reveals How To Market Consumer Apps“let's say at that 10,000 view mark, right, you have consistent videos that are kind of hitting that, maybe it it's like five or six out of the entire campaign. That's kind of how I would define content market fit.”
“That is the thing that I think a lot of people overlook, and it's also one of the things that leads to a lot of people to quit early on their UGC campaign.”
