Give each new client a Trello board right away and skip all meetings
One person serves ~20 clients with his whole day free for design work

What they did
Each subscriber immediately gets their own Trello board (instant access is pitched as a key selling point) and adds design requests to a queue. Requests are worked one at a time: about one request per client every couple of days, each taking 30-60 minutes, then feedback rounds and repeat. No Zoom calls or meetings after onboarding and little to no Slack; everything is async so the whole day goes to design work.

- Ongoing operations
“Basically every client gets a Trello board. They get immediate access to it, which is a big selling point of a productized service. And they can begin inputting design requests into the queue, and they're basically worked on one by one.”
“I also don't have any meetings with clients, so once you're onboarded, you know, there's no Zoom calls, there's no even really any Slack communication. Everything happens async, which allows me to basically dedicate my entire day to just design work, and that's it.”
