Ruurtjan PulYeah. Yeah, so I think it's a really interesting business model, and I've never seen it in uh job boards before. And I'm wondering if you think it is working here because of the uh value you add, right? The cultural difference you bridge, and Um, yeah, is Do you think that's the reason it works? Or do you think it will work for other job boards, as well?
Eric TurnerUm. Yeah. I do think there's a lot of value in the curation aspect, cuz it is really um like a relatively low-volume site, where, you know, I have around 100 companies or so at any given time, and, you know, I get a lot of inbound uh interest from other companies, and I usually say no. You know, I mean, it's not like the the qualifications for getting on the site are not just you know, willingness to pay me money. It's like I actually have requirements, and uh, you know, that allows me to keep the quality, I think, pretty high. So, yeah, I think just um, you know, being kind of like a higher signal, um really English-focused um site is a big big thing, but that same kind of idea in another niche, I think is actually still very valuable. And I personally think, even outside Japan, this could work. Um, you're going to want to take steps, again, like have some um, you know, some systems in place to be monitoring number of applicants.
