Move a show with near-100% completion up from the last row of the home screen

What they did

Bluey sat in a Disney Junior row at the bottom of adult profiles (25 rows down, 15-20 tiles across), dropped out of Continue Watching once finished, ranked below Blue's Clues in search, and kid profiles had no search. Engagement showed 98-99% episode completion, full-season completion and rewatching. Short term: move the title or row higher. Long term: nudge parents to set up child profiles by showing the benefit (their kid's shows always at hand, cleaner adult recommendations). Fast real-time signals can also feed merch, live shows and parks planning.

What happened

Bluey went on to become a phenomenon, but the episode does not say what change was made or its effect.

“It's on the last row in one of the last tiles, so even on like an Apple TV with a quickly scrolling wheel, you'd have to still scroll through 25 rows and then scroll over 15, 20 tiles before you got to that content.”
Taylor Wells
“Move Bluey up higher. Move that row up higher or make something taggable. But what's something you could do long term? Think about thoughtful ways to promote or nudge people that do have kids at home to set up that child profile”
Taylor Wells
