What they did

After seeing only ~60 clicks/day in Google Analytics and reasoning that 10x traffic could mean 10x MRR, hired six content writers to publish blog posts consistently, while the tech team built and launched free tools and other useful content for the target users. Kept it up for 6-8 months before traffic grew.

What happened

Traffic started growing after 6-8 months; MRR grew from ~$3K to ~$20K through SEO plus Meta ads, peaking at $43K MRR

Pat WallsNice. Obviously, you launched this on Product Hunt. It was a cool new idea, made $4,000. But how did you actually grow this into a business that now makes over $30,000 a month and has been, you know, a full-time income? What was your marketing strategy for these sites?

RashidSo, one day I was sitting in front of my computer and I was looking at Google Analytics, and I saw that we're getting like 60 clicks per day on Angel Match. And idea hit me, so I was like thinking, "What if I like 10x this traffic? Would that translate into like 10x-ing my MRR?" And that's how I came across SEO. We hired six content writers. We started publishing blogs consistently. At the same time, with the tech team, we were building and launching like free tools

Rashidand all types of valuable content for our users. By doing that for like 6 months or 8 months, our traffic started to grow. And then basically from $3,000 MRR to $20,000 MRR, we grew through SEO and added like Meta ads. At highest point, we reached 43k in MRR.
