Put all call notes in one AI dashboard and score which customers love you

Showed signups who said 'I need marketing now' stick around better than curious ones

What they did

Recorded every call with an AI note-taker using a question framework; saved notes to Notion. Fed the database to Claude and had the non-technical co-founder build a dashboard with Claude Code plus MCPs holding their data, all in natural language. It segments every paying customer by signup reason, business type and tenure, and computes a 'customer love score' (combined signals, e.g. who gets 200K-1M TikTok views). Roadmap decisions are indexed on what high-love customers ask for.

What happened

Found users who signed up out of curiosity had lower retention and customer love than those who selected 'I need marketing now'

“We had an AI note-taker in there the whole time, and we had a bit of a framework to make sure to ask certain questions. And we just jotted them all down into Notion.”

“we have this customer love score, which is essentially an algorithm that combines a few things to determine who loves our product the most, and we kind of index most of our product road map decisions on”
Gaurav
“people that signed up just because they were curious. And we realized that their retention and their customer love wasn't actually as high as someone who selected, "I need marketing now,"”
