What they did
Notes can be triggered from HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Make.com, an MCP for Claude, or bulk Excel upload. Shopify plugin lets merchants set rules (after first purchase, after spend threshold, after one-year anniversary -> send a note). Klaviyo integration coming. Bulk orders can be delivered stamped/sealed, unsealed, or notes only to the customer.
