What they did
Started with launch (Sep 2024): at least one kettlebell workout reel on his personal Instagram every day, aiming for 100 reels as fast as possible, expecting nothing, then evaluate. Took ~3 months. Learned editing, hooks, which workouts get views and which exercises reach. Has not skipped a day since.
What happened
After 3 months: barely 2,000 followers and a couple of hundred dollars of revenue. Kept going; growth came after changing strategy (t2).
