What they did
After nailing the content, iterated per coach on getting viewers to the profile, the only link in bio, and the coach's team landing page. Current CTAs are time-based ('we start Monday', 'we start November 6th', 'start before New Year's', 'see results in 4 weeks'), written in the video in TikTok-native font using TikTok as the editor rather than in the caption, and say exactly where to go.
What happened
Viewers do follow explicit next steps; CTAs vary by coach.

In their words
Sub Club by RevenueCat · How Ladder Cracked TikTok and Grew 500% — Greg Stewart, Ladder“Like right now, we're using a lot of CTAs and a lot of like time-based positioning, where we start Monday, or we start November 6th.”
“but putting it in the video itself in font that's native to TikTok, using TikTok as the editing tool.”
“Like we learned that they will listen. You just had to be explicit”
