When a short video ad works, run it on every channel and tweak it for each
Short lo-fi video generally does well everywhere, with small per-channel differences

What they did
Builds short-form, lo-fi video concepts and, once one works, spreads it across TikTok, Reels, Facebook and YouTube, then iterates the concept inside each channel. Facebook still has room for higher-fidelity experiential creative given its many placements. Creative is tested per app since concepts don't transfer between hunters and off-roaders. Post-ATT, the video itself is used to qualify the audience ('your creative is your targeting').
What happened
Short-form low-fidelity video typically does really well across channels, with slight differences per channel.
In their words
Sub Club by RevenueCat · Channel Experimentation and the Tiktokification of Video Ads — Ryan Watson, onX“we always say the concept can always be iterated upon inside the channel. Um so if we find something that works, we'll definitely we we will typically, you know, spread it around uh everywhere, and then try to learn from it.”
“Um your creative truly is your targeting, is another thing that we've learned.”
