Post card-collecting tips slideshows from an account with an AI-made girl avatar
Several posts over 100K views; the format then scaled through paid creators

What they did
Jacob built a repeatable TikTok slideshow format of card-show/collecting tips, copied from other tips slideshows in the niche, with the app plugged into the slides. Pack posts it on an in-house account (Pokemay) whose profile picture is an AI-generated girl, because it appeals more to girls and guys don't mind. Once posts worked, they systemized the format (hook images, captions, pre-written hooks) so others could post it. Kyle's own slideshow attempts a year earlier had failed.
What happened
The in-house account got multiple posts over 100K views and validated the format before scaling it.

In their words
The Superwall Podcast · Kyle Fowler - How I make $42k/mo passively with simple no-code apps (copy me)“We just like AI-gen this profile picture of this girl, [laughter] and then 'cause like it appeals to girls more.”
“Jacob started making these slideshows and he found this like tips format based on like some other ones online. Less even copying brands, but more just like in our niche, copying that and then like knowing how to plug our app in.”
“Our in-house one was able to get like multiple posts over like 100,000 views”
