Show Apple's tracking permission prompt so ad networks can attribute and re-target users
Opt-in ranges from 10% to 50-60% depending on the app

What they did
Show the ATT prompt even if opt-in is low: each opted-in user gives a device ID that lets the measurement partner attribute installs and follow LTV (subscribe, renew) per network, and can later be sent to networks for re-engagement campaigns. Now matters for Google too, since YouTube serves its own ATT prompt, making YouTube installs attributable with traditional methods.
What happened
AppsFlyer sees ATT opt-in from about 10% up to 50-60% depending on the app, with really high acceptance on some apps.
In their words
Sub Club by RevenueCat · How to Optimize User Acquisition Across Major Ad Channels — Shane Ly, AppsFlyer“So, a couple things that we typically advise is showing the prompt. Opt-in rates itself, it can be anywhere from somewhere low, 10%, to 50% to 60%, depending on app.”
“So, if you're using, maybe you might be doing re-engagements at some point in the future, so that would be another signal that you can send over to those networks to re-engage this this user.”
