Stop polishing one app; ship a one-feature app, then move to the next

What they did
After years on one pet app that never grew despite trying many techniques, he switched in February 2025 (after an Adam Lyttle video) to building simple apps: one app, one core feature, bug-free MVP, ship, forget about it, start the next. Built outside his full-time job. No time spent polishing or adding a 'killer feature' before launch; users give feedback while he builds the next app.
What happened
28 apps in 8 months, ~$10K/month, 1,000+ subscribers; ~80/20 split with four apps at ~$1,500/month each

“And then Adam Lyttle, he showed that you could keep building simple apps. You create one app, one feature, ship it, forget about it, and jump onto another app.”
“Don't waste your time on polishing it up, thinking about adding one more killer feature that would definitely get you a ton of users. No, don't do it. Get it ready, bugs free, just one single feature, ship it, and let users tell you what they think about it while you are building another app.”
“I had my like mobile pet project. I really wanted to grow, and I like spent so much time on it. Like, tried different techniques, nothing worked out.”
