What they did
Ran three TikTok accounts, each posting three times a day, five days a week. Saw competitors posting once a day or once a week, so matched their quality and doubled or more their volume ('worked two times harder than they did'). Videos were simple 'little dopamine hits' that end with a link to the site. Before this push he had posted to one account on and off (some days once) for ~2 years with little result.
What happened
Daily active users rose to 150,000 and revenue from ~$1,000 to ~$15,000/month in the last 4 months; main account 4.6M views; site sold for $120K.
- Stage
- Scale (~2 years after launch; went all in after a surprise $240 day)
- Effort
- 9 posts a day, 5 days a week, for ~4 months
This shipped together with other changes, so the result can't be credited to this alone.
