Pay creators ~$50 a video and copy what competitors run in Meta's ad library

What they did
Start small: pay creators as little as $50 per piece of content, use AI tools to generate videos and CapCut to edit your own. UGC is most of what works; AI video is cheap and easy to test. The hard part is volume, not making one ad. Use the public Meta Ad Library to see competitors' ads and where they put money, and copy what works.

“You can pay influencers or content creators as low as 50 bucks for some piece of content. You can use AI tools to create videos. You can use CapCut to edit your own videos, and you can get some pretty good results with that. It's not as hard as you think to create an ad. The hard thing is, is creating the volume.”
“Good thing about Meta ads library is that it's all public. You can go into any of your competitions dashboard and see, you know, which ads are working for them, where they're putting more money, and yeah, there's no secret sauce there. Just copy what works for them”
