Gravl · B2C · AI gym workout app
Ask detailed training questions up front, then show a 'building your plan' screen
Unknownonboarding
What they did
Onboarding collects name, reason for using the app, experience level (advanced users get one-rep-max questions), goals, training frequency, split, excluded/focus muscles and gym equipment profile. AI is labelled throughout ('make sure that you are showing the users that this is an AI app, because that sells now'). A generating screen shows the custom workout being built, then a plan summary before the paywall.

This shipped together with other changes, so the result can't be credited to this alone.
“ask you about your training frequency, your working split, like we use AI here and there, make sure that you are showing the users that this is an AI app, because that sells now, and more questions specific to how you want to train.”
“This kind of screen where we generate and show the user that we are generating a custom workout. You get to this final screen where you get your plan, kind of summary.”
