Let every team, even finance and HR, run growth experiments with AI tools
Work in progress; no numbers given

What they did
Started with a dedicated growth team, then moved to a system where every team aligns behind top-line revenue and user-growth metrics, owns sub-metrics it can influence, and gets agentic AI tools, training and the mandate to run experiments. Product development functions have explicit growth owners; elsewhere self-selected 'builders' lead. A fellowship program lets anyone spend three months on making their team faster with technology instead of their normal job. Finance built tools to mine data for pricing and tiering insights. Revenue remains the core KPI teams are judged on.
What happened
Guest calls it a work in progress; aim is a company-wide experimentation machine.

“our finance team automated if you want a lot of the more routine work, and then they build tool that really allow them to mine for information and provide insight that can drive real user breakthroughs in terms of pricing, in terms of tiering”
