Canyon Pergande… building a really cool product is extremely exciting, and being able to have a direct impact on their growth, like that's more meaningful a lot of the time than, you know, the potential, you know, few hundred dollars or a few thousand dollars that you're going to get paid out. And so, I think like we've just tried to instill with a lot of the businesses that we work with it's like, "Look, like make this relationship more than just a transaction.

It's like, "Look, you might start as a content creator, but like next thing you know, you could be a strategist for our campaigns, or for some of the campaigns for the companies we work with." And like a lot of the times that leads to, you know, these growth marketing distribution roles which are starting to become more and more important. And so, I think it's just more so a framing thing and just the reality that like, "Hey, these are college-educated kids. They're smart, but they're hungry." And like when you pair those things together, I think you can really see some, you know, really impactful results.
HostThat's so true. I feel like um yeah, there's no like UGC school. There's no like university of UGC, so the only way to really get these people into senior roles is to get them the experience first and then, you know, have them uh take on these head of growth roles. I've seen that so many times like start out as a TikTok intern and then they get good at it and then they can now manage and hire um and, you know, help grow, you know, more employees …
