Hire older creators, some in their 50s, to give job search advice

Gus… the right formats that work for you and sort of repeating them over and over again. You're right, you could do this forever probably and continue to run like that same playbook until you find like maybe a different format that works, and then you run that one as long as you can. But what I want to talk briefly about is just like working with quote-unquote older creators. Why do it this way? How do you find them? Yeah, break that down for us.

RomanYeah, I think every niche is different. Like, for certain niches, young people make sense, but if you're looking for job search advice, why would you be listening to somebody who's 19 years old? But when you see somebody who's older, maybe has some grey hairs, some wrinkles, that is, on a subconscious level, associated with wisdom and credibility.

RomanThe way I find my creators, the easiest way is to use a marketplace. There are a bunch of creator marketplaces, but most of my creators I find just by DMing people. So, I scroll, scroll, and scroll, and I find people who are already making content just for fun, and I'll often send a message saying, "Hey, do you want to do some paid content work?" In like 90% of situations, you don't want to pay more than $20 a video.
