I make $25K/month from one simple website
RomanYeah, I think every niche is different. Like, for certain niches, young people make sense, but if you're looking for job search advice, why would you be listening to somebody who's 19 years old? But when you see somebody who's older, maybe has some grey hairs, some wrinkles, that is, on a subconscious level, associated with wisdom and credibility.
RomanThe way I find my creators, the easiest way is to use a marketplace. There are a bunch of creator marketplaces, but most of my creators I find just by DMing people. So, I scroll, scroll, and scroll, and I find people who are already making content just for fun, and I'll often send a message saying, "Hey, do you want to do some paid content work?" In like 90% of situations, you don't want to pay more than $20 a video.
RomanSo, one of the reasons why I'm not spending a crazy amount of money on creators is because I make it so easy for them to make content for me. It's zero research. All they have to do is open up their laptop and there's a sheet of formats perfectly instructed. And when I'm designing the instructions for their content, I'm asking myself, "Have I left any room for confusion or is it stupid simple?" That's why I'm able to give content to people in their 50s who've never done content in their life.

It's like you've spent so much time scrolling, you've spent so much time researching, that you're almost not really guessing anymore.
