Pay fitness creators with no brand deals to scan their food on camera
Took off beyond expectations; grew to 300+ influencers
Workedinfluencerpositioning-niche
What they did
Picked the health and fitness niche, which is oversaturated with creators but has few brands (mostly protein powder and athleisure), so many creators had no way to monetize. Pitched them to show the app inside content they already make (what I eat in a day, losing weight, building muscle): before eating, scan the food with Cal AI on camera. Easy for creators and didn't disrupt their schedule. Then reached out to thousands of creators to sign them.
What happened
It took off like we couldn't have imagined; scaled to managing 300+ influencers

- Launch (launch onward)
“the health and fitness sp- space is unique in that it's over saturated with creators, and there's not that many brands available to these creators.”
“So, all we ask is that you before you eat your food, you scan it with Cal AI in the video.”
“it was just a matter of us like reaching out to the thousands and thousands of creators and getting them all signed.”
