Copy only formats that went viral on small accounts and get 'what app?' comments
Adopted after 50M views brought few conversions; C part learned late
Workedorganic-short-video
What they did
V (virality): the format got 100K+ views on accounts with under 5,000 followers and is trending across other accounts. S (scalability): it can be recreated consistently with AI tools across 5-10 accounts several times a day (Sora, theinfluencer.ai, Nano Banana Pro; Veo videos were flagged as AI). A talking video you must record by hand fails this. C (convertibility): comments ask 'What app is this? Where can I get this?'; if not, it gets views but won't convert.
What happened
Now the filter for everything posted; guest says ignoring convertibility during the first 50M views was costly.
“You need to have content you can recreate yourself at scale and do it consistently to push it across 5 to 10 accounts at the same time, multiple times a day.”
“We tried putting out videos with Veo, but they always got flagged for AI content”
“If you go to the comments, if people are not asking, "What is app? What is the product? Where can I get this?" et cetera, then it is not content that converts.”
