What they did
Treat TikTok as a volume game: take formats that work and replicate them across a couple dozen accounts (20-30 for Flamme). Numbered iPhones (many iPhone 8s; 10 with the team now, 3-4 accounts each). Each phone is factory reset with no leftover fingerprints, gets its own Apple ID and a paid proxy/IP client to reach the US For You feed from outside the US. Natively created accounts are safest (a Europe-created account was not relocated because relocating costs a lot). Accounts aren't named Flamme and aren't shared on X, since formats stop working once everyone copies them.
What happened
~50M organic views across accounts; host says ~150K users, 100% organic.
“I'm not talking two, I'm not talking three, I'm saying a couple of dozen accounts had to be set up, a couple of dozen accounts had to be aligned for this to work. TikTok was a volume game for us at that point.”
“You have to reset the entire iPhone, you have to make sure there are no fingerprints left on the iPhone, then the Apple ID.”
“This doesn't push traffic to the US because this account was created in Europe, and we figured that relocating the account to the US actually ends up costing us a lot.”
