Under 300 views means a broken account; 300-1,000 means fix the content
Their working rule for which accounts and formats to fix; no numbers on impact
Workedorganic-short-videoexperimentation
What they did
Under 300 views: account problem (shadow-flagged or banned, setup wrong), fix the account. 300-1,000 views: content problem, try new formats and hooks. 1,000-5,000 views: keep the same format and type, change the copy slightly until it crosses 100K views.
What happened
Used as the team's operating rule for iteration.
“If it is under 300 views, then it's not a content problem you have, then it's an account problem you have”
“If you get between 1 to 5,000 views, then what we do is we continue with that same format at the same type while changing the copy slightly, until it hits the right marker, until we end up crossing 100k views with that format type.”
