List 15+ niche subreddits and post in one per day, tracking each link

Part of the Reddit phase that reached $3K MRR; tracking showed which posts converted

What they did

Step 1: list at least 15 subreddits where your ICP hangs out, using Map of Reddit (free open-source GitHub project) to find adjacent niche subs; anything over 5,000 members is fine, and small subs are often better (niche audience, simpler rules, forgiving mods). Step 2: pick one feature/pain point, make a short demo video, post it with a product link ('Try it out for free for 30 days'); every link got a UTM encoding the feature, date and subreddit. Step 3: analyze performance, tweak the copy, repost in another subreddit. Post in one subreddit per day, never all on the same day, since audiences overlap.

“first, I'll make a list of all the subreddits where my ICP is hanging out everyday, uh at least 15 subreddits. Use something like the Map of Reddit”

“We added UTM links to all the links that we were posting in in in subreddits to exactly, you know, which feature we are talking about, uh what date it is, what subreddit it is.”
Ayush
“Every day, you're posting on at least one subreddit. Never post on all subreddits in one day. People can see that, because there will be a lot of overlapping audiences.”
