An Nayal - Full App Growth Guide 2026 - How to Make Viral Content to Get Users & Make Your App Retentive
Joseph… on old data. Because if you're if you continuously use that one prompt and you go back to your cloud project and say, "Okay, here's a new topic. Make a tweet about this, or make a TikTok about this," it's going to be good for like a week or a couple weeks, and then, you know, after a while, you're you're starting to put out this the same type of content all the time, and it just becomes um exhausted. So you have to feed in new data continuously.
An NayalExactly. That is where we have this really ugly Excel sheet which we I love, like Which people have made so many comments on, "Hey, you should use this tool, you should do this, that." But we keep putting out content on the same Excel sheet, and I'll tell you the reason why, Joseph. It forces us to look at every piece of content every single day. If you use something that tracks all your views for you, you become lazy. You stop looking at the content, you stop seeing what is happening in the content.
An NayalWhat we do every day is we track every single piece of content, we track the account status, we track if it's online, we track what is the content type going out on it, we track what are the notes regarding it, how many times a day is it going out, and we do this every day. Every single day. Every morning, I have a meeting with the team for 1 hour. We keep iterating, keep iterating, keep iterating. How can we figure it out? Account's going offline, doesn't matter. Account is unhealthy, doesn't matter, try to bring it back. Doesn't work out, doesn't come back, okay, ditch the account. Let's start with a new account right now, let's start the whole process all over again.
An NayalPut a lot of work behind setting up this system.
