Copy formats that went viral 5-20 times across accounts, not one-off hits

What they did

Study posts in your niche (most saved, filtered by industry) for angles and visual language. Keep only outliers: posts with 200x+ the median views of their own account, which filters out famous faces and accounts that always do well. A 'gem' is a shot-by-shot format that went viral across 5-20 posts from different accounts (e.g. hook-demo, alarm apps' photo-to-wake). Separate format from content (hook-demo transfers across markets; finance news formats don't). Prefer formats that can be mass-produced (slideshows) over skit/persona formats like Cheaterbuster's. Curate trending sounds per angle; match length to niche: 7-9s quick, 9-15s when the app needs explaining, ~30s for full skits, longer for health/finance. Check App Store rank movement in the big four English markets to see which viral posts actually drove downloads.

“when I find a gem, that means I found, hopefully, cross-accounts and cross-posts, so let's say between five and 10 or 20 posts that went viral with the same, you know, uh, shot-by-shot type of post”

“for me, you have the quick, 7 to 9 seconds, then you have like the anywhere between 9 to 15 seconds, with a bit more build up”
