Go viral with a no-app post for your audience, then post app videos next

What they did
First post an engagement bait aimed squarely at the target audience's pain point without showing the app (e.g. a lowercase caption 'I want to have 10k saved by May, give me your most unhinged side hustles' for a budgeting app). It converts an order of magnitude less itself, but TikTok keeps pushing the account's next posts to the same audience, so follow with solution-oriented posts that show the app solving that goal.
In their words
The Superwall Podcast · Yannis Chaouche - The NEW Short Form Strategy Dominating For App Growth“all the posts that you post after can be highly targeted and solution-oriented because this post, uh, targets the right audience”
“So, usually when you get a 10 million post views, all the posts after are going to have this, uh, ripple effect of views anyways”
