Encore · B2B · win-back offers for subscription apps
Run a free 30-day test on half the customer's users; charge only if it wins

What they did
Encore asks an app for a share of users (e.g. half of those who click X on the paywall), runs win-back experiments for 30 days at no charge, and shows a live control-vs-Encore tracker. If the comeback rate doesn't improve, the app pays nothing and keeps all experiment data; once it does, Encore takes a percent of the revenue it has shown it can win back. Also offers free paywall audits.

“give us half of the users who click that X on the paywall, and we will increase the rate that they come back. Um, and so we're we won't charge anything for the first 30 days.”
“we'll charge nothing until we do, and then um after that, we'll take a percent of the revenue that we've shown we can win back”
