Give each organization a code members type in at the paywall for full access
150 of 200 licenses redeemed on the spot at a campus talk; ~1 month of dev

What they did
Built an org promo code that does not discount the paywall price: under the paywall a link asks 'Are you part of an organization?', the user types the code, the app signals the backend, and the user gets full access. In an internal Swagger admin view, each code gets an expiration date and a cap on redemptions. Works across Android, iOS and desktop (download the DMG from the website with the code attached), and ties back into RevenueCat. Took about a month of (part-time) developer work. The founder presents on site so people redeem immediately. The host notes Apple offer codes (a year free, non-renewing, shareable link) as a cheaper stopgap if you have not built this yet.
What happened
At Asbury, 150 of 200 purchased licenses were redeemed right at the founder's presentation; founder calls it an easy way to roll out.

“we created this concept of a promo code, um where when the code is redeemed at paywall, and then under the paywall it's like, "Hey, are you part of an organization? Click here, type in promo code, Steve."”
“on Swagger, like an admin view that I have, I attached certain me- like certain expiration dates, how many times can the code be like”
“we got 150 redemptions right now on that right then on that code that was already covered, right?”
