Open with a pain point, list harder fixes, then show your app as the easy one

Refined over 3-4 rounds; one 50-image bank can feed ~300 slideshows

What they did

Slide 1 is a hook naming the pain ('I used to struggle with tracking my calories'), fronted by an AI creator, a real creator or a faceless slide (only slide 1 is AI-generated). Middle slides give real but high-effort solutions (e.g. weighing meals on a scale); a later slide (e.g. #5) is your app as the cheaper, lower-effort fix. Each slide position has its own image bank: if slide 2 always clarifies the problem, a 50-image bank can run ~300 slideshows.

What happened

Guest's team iterated 3-4 times to reach this as the most efficient way to make content; he says the format has become popular.

“Like you need to give them some solutions that feel real, but are just like way too high effort in this day and age, and then pose your solution.”

“This is what we've iterated on three or four times so far just getting to this point of like, "Oh, how to be efficient at making content."”
Zuhair Lakhani
“So, if slide two always talks about a clarification of the problem that you gave in the hook, you can have like a collection of 50 images that you can run, you know, 300 slideshows on.”
