Run 25 slideshow accounts fronted by consistent AI-made faces, with a human final check

Converted much better than faceless posts, founder says; no numbers

Workedorganic-short-videougc-creators

What they did

Created fully synthetic creators: contract people's likeness for an image set, prompt until one type of person comes out consistently, then train a LoRA on that person (Flux, Pixelfed). Each account posts a full slideshow 1-2 times a day, with the person telling a problem -> solution story that works the product in naturally. Ran 25 such accounts. AI does ~95% of the work; a human does the final ~5% check before anything posts.

What happened

Guest says with-face content converts a lot better because a real-seeming person tells a real story.

“Each one of these is a full slide set that gets posted to TikTok, and we had 25 of these running, right? Like this is my first time doing with-face creators, and I realized this converts a lot better, too, cuz you have a real person giving a real story.”

“You contract people's likeness to then put in an image set to train a LoRA, and then create, you know, one type of person.”

“You want AI to do like 95% of the work, and then human comes in 5% for touch up.”
