Charge per sales rep paid, and give admin seats away free
Unknownpricing
What they did
Pricing is per sales-rep seat, i.e. per rep whose commissions are calculated. Admin licenses for finance and RevOps users are free, so 100 reps = 100 licenses regardless of admin headcount.
“But, uh, you know, admin licenses are free, so if you have 100 reps for which you're paying commissions, uh, that's going to be 100 licenses no matter how much, you know, finance and RevOps people you have on top of it.”
