Kiran Desai - The EXACT System to Go From 0-$10M+ With Your App
Kiran… talking about outbound, I was talking about uh like outbound for the creators itself, uh for the creators themselves. Um typically, uh what I've seen other teams do is, you know, they'll have creator job applications uh on like Tally, or um, you know, any other sort of uh place that they can put a listing up, and a lot of people will will see their creative videos online, and be like, "Oh, I would like to do this, too," and they'll go and apply.

Um and then your job application is like, well, you know, "We offer between $50 to $2,500 per post with opportunity for more," which makes sense because you give the bonuses. Um, it's it's a good it's a good pitch for people that are super motivated to hit those big bonuses. Um how do you structure those bonuses, by the way? Is it like CPM, or uh any …
