Kiran Desai - The EXACT System to Go From 0-$10M+ With Your App
Joseph… It's like, "Earn up to $1,200 per hour [laughter] creating content." Um and then your job application is like, well, you know, "We offer between $50 to $2,500 per post with opportunity for more," which makes sense because you give the bonuses. Um, it's it's a good it's a good pitch for people that are super motivated to hit those big bonuses. Um how do you structure those bonuses, by the way? Is it like CPM, or uh any other like structure?
KiranOur current structure is uh based on views, uh $100 for every 100,000 views uh that they get on on on a on either TikTok or Instagram. It's pretty standard, um across I think like some other creator programs, as well. Um, and uh, you know, sometimes we'll make individual deals with creators, or like if somebody really wants to structure their contract or their deal, you know, a certain way, um we might change it up. Sometimes lower it, sometimes make it higher, uh it really depends.
JosephThis $2,500 is like, in that case, that would be like 2.5 million views on one single post. And then this $50, is that just the base retainer like per video?
KiranThat number right there, the 50 to 2,500, is actually a base rate per video. Um we've we've paid historically anywhere from 50 to 2,500 per video as a whole. Um, this isn't even counting bonuses.
JosephOh, I see. That's a pretty high base rate. Do you offer that to people um who don't like even people who are non-influencers, who don't have as much experience?
