Post every video on your own TikTok first; put ad money behind the ones that take off
Cheaper testing off-peak; breakouts pushed four or five ways

What they did
Posted all creator videos organically on brand TikTok accounts (e.g. do.habits, growthbundle). Once a video broke out of the 0-300 view 'jail' to ~5-10K views, or drew 10-100 comments even on few views, boosted it with ad spend, increasing it while it hit CPI/subscription targets. If it really took off, ran it as a Spark Ad on the creator's own account: 4-5 ways to push one video. Organic-first is the cheaper route in quiet periods; in peak season or when time-constrained, launch straight into paid level-1 testing.

“we would post uh all of the videos organically on our own channels, um and then if they picked up any organic traction, then we would boost them a bit more with our ad spends. And then if they really took off, we would Spark Ad the video to the actual content creators account”
“If you start getting 10, a hundred kind of comments on the video, even if it doesn't have tons of views, you just know that there's some hook on that that is going to make it go viral even more”
