Optimize ads for the first form answer, then move deeper as data comes in

What they did
Telehealth intake/qualification forms run 25-35 steps, mostly mandatory. Meta does not allow purchase as a feedback event for this category (close proxies like a checkout-page view are allowed). So start by optimizing to 'first question answered'; once there is enough data, move to 'five questions answered'; then to 'email entered'. Accept a 'learning cost' paid to Meta for any new product.
- Stage
- Launch (launch, first 2-3 months)
“you start off optimizing to literally just like a first question answered. Then once you get enough data, you move to maybe, you know, five questions answered. Then once you have enough data there, move down to email entered”
“you cannot put purchase as a check as a feedback event at all”
