And we've iterated and run hundreds of experiments on our landing page that you're showing here, and one of the most successful ones is basically being able to upload a document or a URL directly from the landing page. And you'll see here that this directly goes through the whole funnel of like generating questions, and our product experience

Julian Alvarezfor first-time users is substantially different than it is for like second-, third-time users or basically anyone after that. We try to minimize and make it as simple as possible. Like we don't show you all these options of like what range of minutes or pages do you want to generate for, what type of questions do you want, how many questions do you want. These are all things you don't see in the first product experience because we want to keep it as simple as possible. We even have like a mini review here of like, "Hey, answer your first like seven questions." Like we make it really, really like bite-size

I think like just making sure you have really good magic and reducing the time to magic is one core thing in how good the app is.
