Pay creators less per 1,000 views than you earn per 1,000 views
One $800 video: ~1M views, ~1,800 downloads, ~$3K; daily revenue doubled from ~$300
Workedinfluencercreator-ops
What they did
Measured revenue per 1,000 views of influencer content (RPM ~$2-3) and only closed creators at a lower CPM, typically $1-1.50. Example: Jeremiah Jones, whose motivational content about 'staying locked in' matched the app, was paid ~$800 with a 600,000-minimum-view clause; if views fall short he posts more videos until he hits it. The app appears within the first 15 seconds. If a deal converts, move the creator to a bigger deal. Influencers were the only growth channel; no paid ads.
What happened
Jeremiah video ~1M views across platforms, ~1,800 downloads, ~$3K revenue; daily revenue went from ~$300 to $600-$1,000; influencer channel took the app to $14K/month

“Going into this channel, I realized my RPM was around $2 to $3, so I knew I had to close creators at a CPM lower than that.”
“So I would say across this video, probably generated around $3,000 and about 1,800 downloads at approximately 1 million views across all platforms.”
“We'd pay them something like $800 with a 600,000-minimum-view clause. And if they hit the minimum view clause, awesome, they're done, and we can move on to an even bigger deal, considering that it converted.”
