What they did
Tested creator niches within health/fitness: self-improvement, gym and day-in-the-life. Day-in-the-life worked best: the creator walks through the day's tasks and, after each one, opens Locked, taps 'add task', types it and checks it off, showing the XP/gamified UI to a Gen Z audience. Example: Jeremiah Jones, hook 'This schedule will keep you locked in for 2026', with the app name big in the top-left of the task screen.
What happened
Jeremiah Jones video: ~1M views across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, at least $3,000 revenue, first $1,000 day and first 1,000-download day.
“I found that day in the life influencers were the most effective because people show different tasks that they're performing throughout the day.”
“So yeah, he just went through and he showed Locked after every single task he mentioned. This video pulled around a million views across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. And this video, in total, generated at least $3,000.”
