Asya Paloni - How to Build an $18M/Year Apple Watch App (FREE MASTERCLASS)
Asya PaloniSo, yeah. Uh it actually because we process health data, we don't go right into the problems because there's a lot of uh there's a lot of like agreement screens that has to happen. You know, we don't sell or share users' data ever with anyone. We want to make that super clear. And so there's like a there's a lot of permissions. We actually make this thing that like most people think is a mistake,
Asya Paloniwhich is we ask people to turn on not notifications right away. I know you're not supposed to do this. Everyone is like, "Show some value first, and then" Uh but it has worked best for us right there, and I don't know what to do with it. Like I know it's not best practice, but there's nothing I can do. And uh, yeah, we have uh we have a bit more permissions. So then we start with a teaser.
Asya PaloniIt actually does take a bit of time for us to do all of the analysis. So we have to do like a little warming up first uh so we we're showing people just how much data we're actually analyzing and making sense of. We ask them some questions. We want to segment our users super well. We ask them how they usually feel. Uh you'll be surprised about this one. This is just like such a interesting behavioral insight to me.
