What they did
An agency specializing in AI content generation ran 5-10 TikTok accounts that already had decent following and engagement, mass-producing content at about two posts per account per day. When a post went viral, it was propagated to ~20 accounts to capture as many views as possible, then a comment team worked on conversion. An internal team ran the same playbook on new accounts with no following: warm up, then post.

In their words
The Superwall Podcast · Jae Hwang - This App Makes $2M/Year With This Viral TikTok Strategy“we have internal team and also we work with agency who specializes in AI um content generation. So with them, we already had 5 to 10 accounts that had a decent following and engagements. And we would just mass-produce contents.”
“let's say per account, we'll post maybe two contents a day. And then once something hits viral, we would just propagate to, you know, 20 different ones.”
“internally, we would do similar strategy with just no following and warming up accounts and posting”
