What they did
After scaling Payout mostly on his own distribution, Casper gave only 15% to the development/product partner on his third app, weighing it against paying $10-15K to have an app built. He expects a partner at that level to also bring business sense (paywall optimization).
In their words
The Superwall Podcast · Casper Opala - The Stupid Simple Content Strategy That's Making Apps Go Viral“for my third app, I gave up only 15% for the development and product side, because I know I've been able to scale an app from zero to like 100K, majority using just my own distribution.”
