What they did
Last step of the tentpole strategy: ask what the side product's users need next. Mail-Lead users need leads to email, so they built LeadQuest (leadquest.ai) for lead search. From LeadQuest, the automation tab sends users to TaskMagic (e.g. auto-send found emails via Gmail), and users who want to mass-email their leads buy Mail-Lead. Jeremy says if he started over he would make LeadQuest the tentpole; the products are not separate side hustles but serve one ecosystem.
What happened
Presented as part of how Mail-Lead reached almost seven figures and TaskMagic grew; no LeadQuest numbers given.

“The last step in this entire tentpole strategy is stack an ecosystem. So what do the people of Mail-Lead need? Oh, leads to email to. So we built leadquest.ai that helped them search for leads to email to.”
“These people would like to go, "Oh, but I got to mass email all these leads that I have." Boom. Then they buy Mail-Lead.”
“The big thing to like walk away with is these aren't like separate side hustles. They're serving the same ecosystem.”
