Rewrite onboarding to promise a result (becoming a better runner), not just ranks

Changed because first onboarding converted poorly; no after numbers given

What they did

V1 onboarding was modeled on Liftoff plus top onboardings (Cal AI, Quitter, Life Reset, Clean Eatz). Conversion was low because it only said 'cool app with ranks', so right after launch they rebuilt it to say how ranks help the user achieve a goal (improve as a runner), aligned with the competitive-runner marketing.

“our onboarding did well, but the conversion rate wasn't that high, um and that's because we weren't really focusing on like the outcome of why someone's downloading this app.”

“we wanted to change our positioning to be, "Yes, we're a cool app that has ranks, but these ranks will help you achieve this because of this,"”
